SUMMERFIELD, Fla. -- A man was found dead Saturday afternoon after a shooting in Summerfield, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to a call just before 1 p.m. in reference to a shooting in the area of SE 145th Street.
When they arrived, deputies found a man dead at the property.
The identity of the man has not yet been released.
Marion County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes detectives are investigating the incident.
