DELAND, Fla. -- Five people were injured in a three-vehicle crash in DeLand on Monday, according to authorities.

  • Three vehicles collided on Woodland Boulevard
  • Five people were injured
  • Crash remains under investigation

Emergency responders arrived just after 1 p.m. to 2235 South Woodland Boulevard to find three vehicle that had collided near Orange Camp Road.

Four people were transported to hospitals, while one was treated at the scene and released.

Of the four hospitalized, one was listed in serious condition, authorities said.

The three vehicles involved in the crash sustained heavy damage. 

The crash remains under investigation.
