Both Tuggerson and Richard were charged with two counts of murder and are being held with no bond, the Sheriff's Office stated.
Marion County deputies say Zylo and his stepfather, Fockler, were found dead inside a Weirsdale home after a home invasion.
Natasha Johnson said at the time that the two men who shot and killed her brother-in-law and nephew were wearing masks. She said they also killed Bailey's dog and stole a gun safe before running off when the alarm sounded.
