A Titusville woman is in jail tonight, accused of using her young child to help her shoplift.

Police say 27-year-old Shakira Murray went inside the Marshall's on Columbia Boulevard around 9:30 Tuesday night and began stuffing clothes inside store plastic bags.

She told her nine year old daughter to hold the bags, then switched clearance price tags for items she bought the previous day, investigators say.

She then paid for the new clothes at the discounted prices, and later returned them with the actual receipt to obtain a refund.

Murray is charged with shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
