With temperatures in the low to mid 30s, it was a cold start for Central Floridians.

The cold weather even sent dozens of manatees to Blue Spring State Park in search of warmer water.

The state park often becomes a winter haven for hundreds of manatees when the temperature of the St. John’s River drops below 68 degrees.

You can watch the manatees via the Manatee Cam, which is provided by Save the Manatee Club.
