ORLANDO, Fla. -- Universal Orlando's upcoming Dockside Inn and Suites is scheduled to open May 2020, the company announced Wednesday.

Dockside Inn, which is now taking reservations, is part of Universal's Endless Summer Resort. It's sister hotel, Surfside Inn and Suites, is scheduled to open this summer. 

Standard room rates will start at $76 per night, while two-bedroom suites will started at $115 per night for a seven-night stay.

Stays at either Dockside Inn or Surfside Inn include early park admission and free shuttle transportation to the theme parks and Volcano Bay. 

The resort, which has been designated a "value" resort, is being built on the former site of Wet 'n' Wild water park.
