ORLANDO, Fla. -- Epcot's annual festival that celebrates the arts--culinary, performing and visual--has returned to Disney World.

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts runs daily from January 18 to February 25.

Featuring art displays, cuisine, daily live performances and a variety of workshops, the festival is the biggest it's ever been.

To help you wade through this year's offerings, we've put together a quick guide of all the must-see and must-do activities.

Daily Disney on Broadway Performances

The Disney on Broadway concert series has expanded to daily performances this year, mostly due to demand, according to Jeff Lee with Disney Theatrical Productions. Instead of just four days out of the week, guests can see the stars of Disney's Broadway shows every day of the festival. Stars like Kerry Butler, Kevin Massey, Kissy Simmons and Alton Fitzgerald White will take the stage and perform songs from Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen and more. Performances will take place at the America Garden Theatre at 5:30 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Try Colorful Cuisine at the Food Studios

It wouldn't be a festival without food. And Epcot's Art Festival has plenty of dishes that are not only tasty but also pleasing to the eye. And even though the menu is mostly filled with returning favorites, there are quite a few new items to add to your list like the beef wellington with mushroom bordelaise at The Artist's Table. For those with a sweet tooth, there's no shortage of desserts, including a deconstructed strawberry cheesecake at The Deconstructed Dish. And if you're looking for something gluten-free there several options like a shrimp ceviche at Pop Eats. The festival menu can be found here.

Learn a New Skill with Dozens of Free Seminars

There are 40 complimentary seminars being offered at this year's festival. Topics range from basic photography and painting to watermelon carving and upcycling (also known as creative reuse). The seminars will be held every day from 11:30 to 12 p.m. at the Odyssey Festival Showplace. You don't have to book in advance as availability will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full schedule here.

Strike a Pose at the Artful Photo Ops

Keeping with the visual arts theme, the festival features large-scale backdrops that let you "walk into" famous paintings like the Mona Lisa, Washington Crossing the Delaware or Edvard Munch's The Scream. The paintings will be located through the World Showcase.

Draw Your Favorite Character at the Animation Academy

Want to learn how to draw Mickey Mouse? Multiple times throughout the day, a Disney artist will lead a class showing you how to draw a Disney characters. The offering is similar to the Magic of Disney Animation attraction that was once offered at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Explore Art with a Figment Scavenger Hunt

Kids (as well as adults) can help Figment learn about art on a scavenger around the World Showcase. Head to Odyssey Festival Showplace, Pin Central, Disney Traders or World Traveler to purchase a map and sticker set. From there, make your way around the pavilions, look for Figment who is hiding inside the famous works of art. Once you match the stickers to the correct pavilion on the map, take it to Disney Traders for a surprise.

Annual Passholder Magnet Featuring Figment

Speaking of Figment, he's featured on the annual passholder magnet that will be given out during the festival. Disney World Passholders can pick up the complimentary magnet starting January 18 at either Mouse Gear or Port of Entry. There's also passholder-exclusive merchandise available at the festival, including T-shirts and pins.
