ORLANDO, Fla. — Another round of chilly weather has prompted the closure of Orlando's water parks.

The forecast calls for highs in the 60s Monday and Tuesday, with lows in the 40s both nights. 

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the official Disney World website. Blizzard Beach, the resort's other water park, is closed for its annual refurbishment.

Universal's Volcano Bay also will be closed those three days due to cold weather. To find out when the park will reopen, visitors are encouraged to call 407-817-8317.

Aquatica Orlando announced Sunday that it would be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The park is expected to reopen on Thursday. 

The theme parks will remain open.
