ORLANDO, Fla. -- Blue, a velociraptor from "Jurassic World," has joined Universal Orlando's Raptor Encounter attraction.

The clever raptor can be seen just outside the Jurassic Park area of Universal's Islands of Adventure.

In the film, Blue is one of the raptors trained by Owen Grady (played by Chris Pratt).

Blue joins other raptors that guests can encounter at the theme park.

Technology used to create the raptors in the film were used to bring Blue to life, according to Universal.

"Each raptor bares 56 razor-sharp, bone-crushing teeth and lunges forward with curved talons that extend up to 12 inches from their 18-inch-long-feet," according to a post on Universal Orlando's blog.

Sounds terrifying.

Blue's arrival comes ahead of the release of "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" on June 22.
