The University of Central Florida Knights will play the University of Memphis Tigers in the American Athletic Conference Championship game at 12 p.m. Saturday.

  • UCF Knights look to beat Memphis Saturday
  • Winner will earn spot in major bowl game
  • UCF beat Memphis in September

The game will be held in Spectrum Stadium on UCF's main campus.

A sold out game is expected Saturday. The university is expecting more than 40,0000 people to watch the title game.

The Knights are still undefeated and on Saturday the team is looking for win number 12.

There is a lot on the line for both teams. In addition to a conference championship, the winner will earn a spot in a major bowl game.

The last time UCF played Memphis was in September. The Knights beat them 40 to 13.

"Everybody in our building is doing things exactly the same way we have been doing them for the last 11 weeks. Practice has been great, the coaches are dialed in and the players are dialed in," said Scott Frost, UCF Head Coach.

The Knights beat the USF Bulls last weekend 49 to 42.
