The Miami Heat have signed former UCF guard Matt Williams to a contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Williams appeared in 8 games with Miami in Las Vegas and Orlando Summer Leagues.
Williams averaged 9.9 ppg and 2.6 rpg ,while shooting 38 percent from the field.
At UCF, Williams finished his career as the Knights' all-time leader in 3PT-FG made (274) and became the 18th player in program history to score at least 1,000 points.
Williams set the single-season school and AAC records for 3PT-FG made (126).
