Despite their 5-2 record, the Raiders are giving up a league worst 302 pass yards per game.

It's a prime opportunity for Russell Shepard to build on his break out game against the 49ers. He had 5 catches for 77 yards and a touchdown last Sunday.  He had 113 career receiving yards total before that.

Filling in for an injured WR Vincent Jackson, the Bucs' special team captain plays with his heart on his sleeve and is all about seizing his wide receiver moment.

"This game is only played at its best when it's played with passion and emotion," said Russell Shepard. "I can't really go around that. It just naturally comes out. My teammates kind of accept it well."

"If he had his way he'd be wearing more hats," said Dirk Koetter with a laugh. "He's asking for everything. He'd like to throw it. Catch it. Run with it. Tackle it. Kick it. He's a versatile, versatile guy."

"He's a hard worker," said quarterback Jameis Winston. "He has tremendous heart. He has tremendous passion. That's one thing you can say about Shep, he's different and when you different that makes you successful."

Where haven't they been successful?

At Home.

They are winless at Ray Jay in 2016 (0-2). Oakland knows how to win on the road and are a perfect 4-0.

"Of course everybody wants to win, but at home we haven't done it yet," said wide receiver Mike Evans. "We gotta give our fans something to cheer about. My first two years here we haven't won here much so hopefully we can start and new track and get a win Sunday."

"I'm looking forward to getting a win at Ray Jay," said Winston. "It's gonna be important for the fans. We were pretty close, but close doesn't mean anything."

DT Clinton McDonald and DE Robert Ayers Jr. both returned to practice Wednesday. For Ayers, it was his 1st practice since an ankle injury in week 2. Both had limited participation.

Running back Doug Martin did not practice.

Dirk Koetter said wide receiver Louis Murphy suffered a setback not related to his ACL injury that's kept him out since last year.
