In their biggest game to date Osceola’s LaDerrien Wilson showed up and delivered.

"It makes me feel good, knowing that I can go and rush for 2 touchdowns in the state semifinal," Wilson said. "I’m capable of it, I’m used to being in that type of atmosphere."

It was LaDerrien and Kowboys fourth straight appearance in the state semifinal game. This edition saw the Virginia commit gash West Orange for 154 yards and two scores in Osceola’s 35-14 win.

"It was big," Osceola head coach Doug Nichols recalled." "It got us off to a quick start with the touchdown run, and kind of kept the momentum, the defense followed along with a great gameplan themselves."

"I believe in the blue and gold," Wilson said. "I believe in every single one of these guys out here, and I believe that they’re going to have my back and I’ll have their back."
