Prayer in schools has been a hot button issue for decades.  The controversy is in the forefront once again with Orange County Public Schools decision to ban chaplains and prohibit staff members from leading prayer at sporting events. The Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation, or FFRF, sent a complaint to OCPS in March that specificially cited the Apopka High School football program for what they called illegal religious activites.
