Future Tarheel Joel Berry went into beast mode midway through the fourth quarter to help LHP (25-4) put away Melbourne Holy Trinity in the 4A Region Semifinal, 74-58.
"I just get into another mode, especially after that dunk, I just got the biggest adrenaline rush," Berry said.
"I just kicked into another gear, it's my last year and I don't want to go out in the region semis so I am doing whatever it takes to put my team in a winning situation."
Berry posted 10 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter to keep the Tigers out of reach.
Back on December 20 it was Holy Trinity(26-5) who had the upper hand but not Tuesday night in Orlando.
Midway through the third the Tigers held a three point lead but couldn't come back after the Highlanders 23-10 run in the fourth.
LHP had three scoring in double digits, Joel Berry (26), Jay Henderson (20) and Marc Epstein (14).
Melbourne Holy Trinity's Jace Hogan closed out his senior season netting 22 points.
The defending 4A Champs will now host Santa Fe Friday night in the 8A Region Final.
