Repeal Section 9.06 to Eliminate Position of Treasurer since City Manager Responsible for Those Duties
Shall Article IX, Section 9.06 of the City Charter of the City of Casselberry be repealed, since the City Manager is responsible for keeping a complete set of accounts, and the City Manager delegates that duty to the Finance Director, rather than the City Clerk?
Repeal Section 9.07 Since Not All Expenditures Are By Check and Must Comply With Budget
Shall Article IX, Section 9.07 of the City Charter of the City of Casselberry be repealed in recognition that the City is sometimes required to use wire transfers to pay bills; and to recognize that the City Manager approves certain expenditures, so long as those expenditures are in accordance with the City Commission approved budget?
Repeal of Section 9.11 to Replace it with a Detailed Procedure for Budget Amendments/Transfers
Shall Section 9.11 of the City Charter be repealed and substituted with a more detailed section outlining the procedure for approval of budget amendments and budget transfers by the City Commission and the City Manager?
