Nicholas Gordon, the former boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown was arrested Saturday in Florida on a domestic violence charge, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

Gordon, 29, faces a charge of “battery—touch or strike.”

Deputies were called to a residence on Coral Vine Lane in unincorporated Winter Park for a possible domestic disturbance.

Gordon told deputies his girlfriend, Laura Leal, ripped his shirt and threw a bottle at him.

Leal told deputies that Gordon hit her in the face multiple times while she was driving him back from a Sanford bar. He also pulled her hair and threatened to crash the vehicle they were in, according to an arrest report.

When the couple returned home, a verbal altercation ensued.

Deputies said Gordon’s girlfriend’s bottom lip was slightly swollen, but she refused medical treatment.

This is the second time Gordon has been charged with domestic violence in the past year. In June 2017, Gordon was arrested for hitting his girlfriend and refusing to let her leave his home.

The charges associated with that arrest were later dropped.

Gordon, who posted a $500 bail, is due in court on April 6.
