Disney World has revealed new concept art for the “Up”-themed bird show coming to Animal Kingdom.

  • "Up"-themed bird show to debut April 22
  • Will feature characters Russell and Dug
  • New show replaces Flights of Wonder

The new show, called "UP! A Great Bird Adventure," will debut April 22, just in time for the theme park’s 20th anniversary.

It will feature characters Russell and Dug as they discover species of birds from around the world.

The new show replaces Flights of Wonder, which closed late last year.

It is just one of the new experiences that will be offered during Animal Kingdom anniversary celebration.

Donald Duck and his friends will take over Dinoland U.S.A for a special character celebration. Additional details about that experience have not yet been released.
