The name of the restaurant that will take the place of Portobello Country Italian Trattoria in Disney Springs has been revealed.

Terralina Crafted Italian will open this fall after a multi-million dollar renovation, Levy Restaurants said in a press release.

The revamped restaurant comes from award-winning chef Tony Mantuano.

“It’s been an honor to lead the concept and vision for Terralina Crafted Italian,” Mantuano said the press release. “We wanted to create a dining experience that would transport guests to the shores of Italy.”

Justin Plank will serve as the restaurant’s executive chef.

The restaurant’s concept is inspired by Italy’s Lake District. Dining spaces will feature “eclectic” décor of various pieces of art. Outside diners can enjoy a newly-installed veranda bar.

The menu will feature authentic Italian cuisine, cooked in Mantuano’s signature olive oil, as well as new additions like pork chops and mussels.  A wood-burning oven will fire up artisanal, hand-tossed pizzas and vegetable dishes. Portobello’s antipasti platter and signature pasta dishes will stay on the menu.

Portobello, which closed in April, isn’t the first Disney Springs restaurant to undergo a makeover. Planet Hollywood reopened earlier this year as Planet Hollywood Observatory, featuring a menu from Guy Fieri. Fulton’s Crab House transformed into Paddlefish.

“The new food landscape at Disney Springs is amazing and guest choices are so diverse that it has become a true dining destination,” said Andy Lansing, president and CEO of Levy Restaurants.

Levy Restaurants also operates Wolfgang Puck Grand Café, which is set to close in August.
