Attractions Blog: Top 5 dishes I’m excited to try at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

The 2017 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival has begun.

Full menus are out and the descriptions are mouth-watering.

A total of 15 Outdoor Kitchens decorate the World Showcase with items like seared scallops, potato pancakes, lamb chop and beef brisket.

I’ve marked the five dishes I’m most excited to try at this year’s festival. See my list below.

The 2017 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival runs Mar. 1 - May 29.

1. Potato Pancakes with House Made Apple Sauce

I love pancakes and have a sweet tooth. So, this item easily made it to the top of my list.

It can be found at the Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market.

2. Meatball Parmigiana

I always eat something from Italy's booth. Always.

Plus beef and veal meatballs sound delicious.

This item can be found at Primavera Kitchen.

3. Beef Teriyaki Udon

I’ve seen this item in the past, but have never tried it. That’s going to change this year.

Here’s the description: Sliced beef, onions and noodles tossed on the grill with soy and ginger.


4. Pulled Pig Slider with Coleslaw

Full disclosure, I’ve had this item before, and it’s really good.

That’s why it makes this list.

5. Warm Berry Buckle with Pepper Berry Sorbet

The item is new to the festival and can be found at The Berry Basket.

It combines two things I really like berries and sorbet.

So it’s sure to be a win-win.
