We’re still weeks away from Thanksgiving, but Walt Disney World has Christmas on its mind.

  • Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party: Nov. 9-Dec. 22, select nights
  • Holiday treats include Mickey waffles, peppermint ice cream sundae
  • Separate ticket required to attend event

The holiday season is in full swing at Magic Kingdom Park as decorations and Christmas trees have taken over.

To celebrate the beginning of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney has released a preview of the holiday treats that will be available during the after-hours event.

Disney is offering a Yule Log dessert in two themed flavors. The first consists of white chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, cassis pate de fruit and chocolate flourless cake. Covered in red glaze and white chocolate, featuring Mickey and Minnie. It can be found at Main Street Bakery.

The second Yule Log dessert, which can be found at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café, consists of a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and ganache with a Chip and Dale and Donald Duck.

Both Yule Log desserts are gluten-friendly, Disney says.

Other gluten-friendly treats include an Enchanted Christmas Belle Dessert at Gaston’s Tavern and a Tinker Bell Dessert at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café.

Red velvet Mickey waffles will be served at Sleepy Hollow, along with a cake push pop featuring Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws.

Most of the treats are exclusive to the after-hours event; however, some treats will be available daily through Dec. 22.

  • Mickey-shaped cinnamon roll with red and green icing and a white chocolate snowflake (Available at the Main Street Bakery)
  • Red velvet cupcake filled with peppermint mousse and topped with cream cheese, buttercream, peppermint sprinkles and peppermint bark (Available at the Main Street Bakery)
  • Peppermint ice cream sundae (Available at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and Storybook Treats)

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party runs select nights Nov. 9 through Dec. 22.

A separate ticket is required to attend the event.
