Central Florida is looking forward to another year filled with new attractions.

In 2017, Pandora-The World of Avatar opened at Disney's Animal Kingdom, Universal added a water park to its roster, and SeaWorld unleashed the Kraken.

But with a new river raft ride at SeaWorld Orlando and a land filled with larger-than-life toys at Disney's Hollywood Studios, 2018 promises to be an exciting time at the theme parks.

Here’s a look at everything the new year has in store.

Walt Disney World

Toy Story Land – Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The popular Disney-Pixar film will come to life in this brand-new land.

Guests will “shrink” to the size of a toy as they explore Andy’s backyard.

Toy Story Land will feature a casual dining option, Woody’s Lunch Box, and two new attractions, Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers.

Toy Story Land is set to open summer 2018.

Universal Orlando

Fast & Furious – Supercharged – Universal Studios Florida

On Fast & Furious-Supercharged, riders will encounter old and new characters from the hit film franchise.

The ride is expected to open spring 2018.

Nighttime Lagoon Show – Universal Studios Florida

Details are scarce, but Universal is planning to debut a brand-new nighttime show.

It will replace Universal’s Cinematic Spectacular: 100 Years of Movie Memories.

The new show will feature lighting and special effects. It’s expected to arrive sometime in 2018.

SeaWorld Orlando

Infinity Falls

Ready to plunge 40 feet into whitewater rapids? SeaWorld hopes so with its new raft ride, Infinity Falls.

The ride will feature the tallest drop of its kind, taking riders on a journey through a jungle filled with waterfalls and other sights and sounds.

Infinity Falls is slated to debut summer 2018.

Ray Rush – Aquatica Orlando

Aquatica, SeaWorld’s waterpark, is getting a new attraction of its own. Ray Rush, a raft ride, will feature water jets and dives.

It’s expected to open spring 2018.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Vanish Point - Adventure Island

Busch Gardens' water park, Adventure Island, is opening a new drop slide called Vanish Point.

Riders stand on a 70-foot tower before the floor opens up and takes them down a 455-foot long slide.

The new water slides will be located next to the park's Colossal Curl. Vanish Point is scheduled to debut March 2018.

Legoland Florida

The Great Lego Race

Legoland Florida is transforming its Project X coaster into a virtual reality experience.

The new roller coaster will put riders in the driver’s seat as they race popular Lego characters through a world of Legos.

The Great Lego Race is slated to open spring 2018.
