Easter Bunny coming to Disney World for Limited Time Magic

Last Updated: Friday, March 22, 2013

Walt Disney World's latest Limited Time Magic surprise for week leading up to Easter includes appearances by Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

From March 25–31, 2013 -- Monday through Easter Sunday -- the furry couple will greet guests at "Bunny Lane," located next to City Hall on Main Street USA at the Magic Kingdom. The Easter Bunnies will also lead a procession of butterflies, flowers and, of course, dancing hippos down Main Street each day next week.

Guests can also hop over to Epcot to meet Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny in the United Kingdom pavilion, which will host an egg hunt each day during the weeklong Limited Time Magic celebration.

Disney also said Easter egg hunts will round out the fun each day in Future World East.

Epcot already got into the Easter spirit this week. Guests can still participate in an egg hunt around World Showcase through Sunday, March 24.

For $4.95 plus tax, guests can buy a special park map and stickers to mark the locations of 10 character-themed "eggs" hidden around the park. There's one in each World Showcase pavilion, except Mexico.

Guests can then turn in their completed map for a special prize: A gift box with two Disney Vinylmation key rings.
