On Monday, Judge Stan Strickland denied Jose Baez's motion and will allow photos from Casey Anthony's Photobucket account to be made public.

Baez argued that the photos were irrelevant to the case.

The defense also asked Strickland not to release a video showing Casey reacting to news that the remains of her daughter Caylee had been found.

Baez claims the sheriff's office has been using the media to further their case.

"Unnecessary leaks, unnecessary evidence has been leaked out into the media for one purpose and one purpose only, and that is to paint our client in a negative light and to try and to preclude her from getting a fair trial, Baez said.

For the first time in a long time, Casey Anthony's parents were in the courtroom as well.

A tentative trial date has been set for Oct. 12.
