Many residents lost everything and the Red Cross stepped in to help people get into hotels overnight.
Apartment management told Spectrum News 13 they have enough units in the complex to move everyone around.
"Residents are 100 percent our most important aspect of our job (to) make sure they are taken care of," Justin Sobelman, Goldelm at Valencian senior property manager said.
Resident Doris Brancacio blames the management for the fire.
"The management before they didn't do nothing but keep the seats warm in the office and collect the money," Brancacio added.
This was the second fire at this apartment complex within the last months.
Investigators are trying to determine how it started.
