An arrest has been made in connection to an incident in Orlando's Baldwin Park neighborhood in which a man was reported to have exposed himself to a woman and touched her.

  • Incident reported to have happened in Orlando's Baldwin Park
  • Harry Lee Goldsboro arrested Thursday in connection to case

Harry Lee Goldsboro, 34, of Melbourne faces charges of attempted sexual battery and exposing himself in connection to the incident, which was reported over the weekend.

Orlando Police confirmed that on Sunday morning, officers responded to Baldwin Park over a report of a sex crime. A woman told police that a man approached her, exposed himself and grabbed her in front of her apartment. When she screamed and struggled, he fled down stairs before getting into a black, four-door vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit.

Goldsboro was taken into custody by Orlando Police and members of a U.S. Marshals task force.

Detectives said in the affidavit that the case echoed another one at Orlando International Airport that was reported about a month before. Police said that on Feb. 16, officers responded to B Garage, level P1, where a woman reported to them that after she'd gotten into her vehicle in the garage, she noticed a man standing on the passenger's side exposing himself to her.

She turned away, stunned, and she saw his car — which matched the description of the vehicle reported in the Baldwin Park incident — drive off, police said.

She called 911, and as she drove out and pulled up to the toll plaza to pay her parking fare, she noticed that the car in front of her looked like the vehicle that the man had gotten into. The woman then took a picture of the license tag, which she provided to police, the affidavit said.
