The incident happened Sunday afternoon at the Cold Stone Creamery near the Indialantic boardwalk.

Sixteen-year-old Robby Benezra had just paid for his order, but left his wallet on the counter and walked out.

A woman with two small children in line behind Robby then stepped up to the clerk, gets ice cream and pays.

But she also allegedly covered the wallet Robby left behind with a napkin, and discreetly grabbed it and walked out.

“It’s just upsetting that it's a woman, assuming a parent, that's supposed to be a role model for these two young boys,” said Wray Benezra.

Inside the wallet was Robby's driver's license, credit card and more than $500 in cash he received for his 16th birthday.

If you know who the suspect is, call Indialantic Police.
