Warmer weather has arrived to Central Florida, with highs Friday back in the low to mid-70s.

It will be cool again overnight but not as chilly as the last several mornings. Overnight lows will fall into the low to mid-50s.

St. Patrick’s Day will feature a few clouds and dry conditions. More warmth is on the way, with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Temps will push back into the low to mid 80s.

Sunday also looks warm, with partly cloudy skies. More moisture will work into the area, which could spark a few isolated showers. Highs for Sunday will be in the low 80s.

Our next storm system and cold front will arrive early next week. This brings better rain chances to the area on Monday. Highs for Monday will be in the low to mid 80s.

The best chance for rain will likely be on Tuesday as the cold front marches through the area. Expect scattered showers across the region with highs in the low 80s.

A few isolated showers will be possible early Wednesday, then another round of cool air will descend into the area. Temps for Wednesday will be back down in the low to mid 70s. The cooler air will likely remain in place to close next week, with highs in the 60s and low 70s.

Boaters will again find favorable conditions, with southwest winds at 5-15 knots and seas 1-2 feet. No surfing Saturday in the Atlantic, with flat conditions.

The rip current threat will again be moderate with water temps in the mid to upper 60s.
