News 13's the first to take you to the tip-top of the new Hollywood Plaza on International Drive.

  • Garage, entertainment complex on I-Drive
  • Hollywood Plaza to feature restaurant, Hulk Hogan shop
  • Circo and Hogan's shop to open in 2018

"You can see all the Disney theme parks and their fireworks show, Universal and their fireworks shows," said Joshua Wallack, COO of Mango's Tropical Cafe. "You can see downtown."

Wallack is developing the garage and entertainment complex next door to Mango's. Just three months after our first climb up 10 stories, the space on the 13th and 14th floors is now safe enough for us to walk into. It's the future home of Circo, a fine dining Italian restaurant by Le Cirque, sitting 125 feet in the air.

Wallack says the all-glass concept will allow guests to see Mango's rooftop dance floor - in design now - as well as the top floor of the 880-car garage. That deck will double as a concert or festival stage.

"I call it the sunset deck," Wallack said, smiling.

At the base of the garage, Hulk Hogan's Beach Shop is moving in. The wrestling legend recently told us - in an exclusive interview - that it'll be 40 percent bigger than the existing one across the street.

"We'd love to do a bunch of stuff with the fans feeling like they're in the ring - they experience it the moment they walk in the door," Hogan said.

"This is like the first time that an athlete with this big of a following has created a facility like this in a major market anywhere in the world," Wallack said.

Next to Hulk's attraction, Wallack wants a lounge.

"We're looking at some really strong nightlife uses," he said. "And of course we have Visit Orlando moving into Mango's."

Circo and Hulk's attraction are set to open in 2018. The garage should be ready by this holiday season.
