At around 5:26 a.m., the Volusia County Fire Rescue arrived at 100 Wild Horse Run, an unincorporated area in Volusia County, to find the four adults and their two dogs outside of the home, according to Shelley Szafraniec, assistant community information director at Volusia County in a press release.

The adults said they "awoke to the noise and noticed the center of the home cracking and sinking. Upon trying to exit the house, they were not able to use the doors and exited using a window," she described.

No one was hurt and the area has been blocked off by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.

Volusia County building officials have inspected the area and the Florida Power and Light has been made aware of the situation.
