Human remains were found Saturday evening on a property in Groveland, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded at about 5:50 p.m. to 16420 Douglas Road.
A realtor and some clients discovered the remains on the property, which is for sale, and alerted authorities.
The scene was secured and the investigation is ongoing.
