Although Wine Bar George isn’t expected to open at Disney Springs for several more months, it is now accepting job applications.

Located in The Landings area, the new venture by Master Sommelier George Miliotes will feature more than 100 wines. The wine bar will also serve a food menu featuring small plates and cheese and charcuterie options.
The 210-seat wine bar will resemble a winemaker’s home estate, complete with oak and warm lighting.
Miliotes is no stranger to Walt Disney World. He was part of the opening team of California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort when it debuted in 1995.
Miliotes is one of only 230 master sommeliers in the world.
Wine Bar George, which was set to open late 2017, will now target an early 2018 date.
