A driver killed in a wrong-way crash in Kissimmee that closed Pleasant Hill Road for hours on Wednesday morning has been identified, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The driver who died was 59-year-old Kissimmee resident Ivan Mathews, officials confirmed.

At about 2:46 a.m., Kenyetta Bellamy, 47, of Winter Haven was southbound in the northbound lanes of Pleasant Hill Road when his 2014 Dodge pickup truck struck Mathews' Dodge Caravan as he tried to turn on Windmill Point Boulevard, according to the FHP.

Mathews' minivan spun around and rolled several times before coming to a rest on the northbound travel lanes, the FHP stated.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office at the scene also said the Dodge pickup was driving against traffic, traveling southbound in the northbound lane.

Both men were wearing seat belts, according to an FHP report, and Bellamy was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center for minor injuries. No charges have been filed.
