A second University of Central Florida student has been arrested in connection with an investigation into grade-changing.

Orlando resident Samuel Williams was arrested earlier this month after a traffic stop in Winter Garden on July 3 during which the officer noticed an active warrant out of Orange County had been issued for him.

The 25-year-old Williams is charged with two counts of accessing a computer or electronic device without authority. UCF Police say Williams and another student — 22-year-old Sami Ammar of Windermere — accessed their professors' computer grading system in May and changed their grades from an F to a B.

Investigators say the students were caught on camera entering the computer room where the grades were changed. Both face felony charges.
