Four young men are facing charges after a victim says she was raped by several men at a home in Windermere back on Mother’s Day weekend.

  • 4 men arrested in gang rape case in Windermere back in May
  • Victim says 3 of the men had sex with her at a party even though she said no
  • She had been drinking, but she believes she was drugged as well
  • Investigators won't say why the fourth was charged

Gabriel Zavarsecedeno, Manuel Zavarse, Enrique Lopezcosson and Miguel Baez Arriechi were all arrested Wednesday night. All four are charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators.

The victim tells police a man she didn’t know came up to her at the party back on May 14, hugged her and led her upstairs to a bedroom where she says two other men showed up.

The victim says the three men forced her to take her clothes off and then had sex with her even though she repeatedly told them “no.”

The woman told investigators she had been drinking, but she believes she was drugged by someone because she has trouble remembering the attack. She says the next thing she remembers after being attacked was waking up in her own bed.

She says a friend found her passed out naked on the floor and helped her get home.

In a police report the victim describes only three men raping her. Investigators wouldn’t say why a fourth is charged in the case.

At last check all four men are being held in the Orange County jail on no bond. Two of the four appeared before a judge for a first appearance on Thursday morning from the Orange County jail.
