The city of Groveland has issued a boil water notice due to a water main break.

The affected areas are: Lexington, Sunrise Ridge, Osprey Cove, Osprey Nest, Jim Payne Road, State Road 19 from Phelps to Cherry Lake Road, West Cherry Lake Road, Garden City, Lago Katrina and Bible Camp Road.
Regular tap water for brushing teeth, cooking, cleaning food, or ingesting shouldn’t be used without boiling it first.
Officials are urging residents to boil their water for the next 24 to 48 hours.
The notice will remain in effect until further notice.
