Thunderstorms will diminish this evening while muggy and mild conditions persist into the overnight. Lows will fall to the mid-70s.

Sunday, partial sunshine will be on hand early before showers and thunderstorms redevelop during the afternoon. Highs will be in the low 90s, but with the humidity, it will feel more like near 100 degrees.

Rain may be locally heavy in spots before storms fade during the evening.

The upcoming week will offer few changes. Highs will remain in the low 90s each day with each afternoon offering scattered showers and storms.

Boaters will find seas of 2 to 3 feet if venturing offshore Sunday. Along the Intracoastal, expect a moderate chop with winds from the south to southeast between 5 and 15 knots.

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible during the afternoon, especially for the inland lakes.

In the tropics, things are much quieter this weekend. No new development is expected over the next two to five days.
