Americans have decided for the third year in a row that Spirit Airlines is the country's least favorite airline.
- Frontier Airlines came in second to last in terms of favorite airline
- One of the best airlines ranked is JetBlue
The travel report came from the American Customer Satisfaction Index and it put the airline in last place when it comes to customer satisfaction.
The perk about Spirit is the ultra-low cost, however it is not enough to please passengers.
The second least favorite airline was another ultra-low cost carrier is Frontier Airlines.
On the other side of the spectrum, the best airlines are: Alaska, Soutwest and JetBlue.
