A death investigation is underway in Orange County after a man was found dead Monday evening, deputies said.
Deputies responded at about 5:04 p.m. to a home at 1704 Dennis Ave. in reference to an unresponsive male near the roadway.
Monserate Ruiz III, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene by Orange County Fire Rescue crews.
An autopsy has been planned.
The investigation is ongoing, deputies said. No other information has been released.
