A babysitter accused of molesting several children appeared before a judge Saturday morning.
Michael McCabe, 47, was arrested early Saturday in Port Orange, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies had been looking for him after multiple girls under the age of 12 said he molested them.
According to deputies, one of those girls was 5 years old.
McCabe, also known as "Uncle Mikey" had warrants out for his arrest for three counts of lewd or lascivious molestation and one count of sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12.
A judge set the bond to zero and said McCabe would not be seeing a judge for the next few days.
He also faces a charge of giving a false name upon arrest, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Bond was set at $500 for that charge.
Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood said another potential victim has come forward.
He believes there could be even more victims. If so, more charges could be filed against McCabe.
Investigators said McCabe would befriend families with children and offer to babysit their daughters. In return, he would stay at their houses.
According to investigators, McCabe would bathe the girls and perform sexual acts on them.
