After a warm day and a partly sunny sky, clouds will break up a little overnight with temperatures falling to near 60.

Wind should be decreasing overnight too and not become quite as breezy Sunday afternoon.  Sunday will be partly cloudy and warm again with highs in the low 80s.  Some clouds will build in the afternoon as the east and west sea breezes come together.  There is less than a 20 percent chance for showers.

We are tracking a low over the central plains that is slowly moving east northeast, dragging a cold front through the southern states.

Unfortunately, that cold front will not be arriving here so neither will the rain.  We are to remain mostly dry until the next cold front is scheduled to make it here which isn’t until Friday.

Meanwhile, temperature will continue to rise with highs getting into the middle to upper 80s next week and lows dipping only into the middle to low 60s.

Surf conditions are poor to fair Sunday with wave heights running about 3 to 5 feet.  Rip current threat is still high with an onshore flow continuing.
