Happy Friday! Here's the Central Florida weather forecast for this evening and the weekend ahead:

  • Overnight lows will be either side of 60 degrees
  • Mix of sun and clouds, temps in the 80s this weekend
  • 80s and sunny skies for most of next week
  • SEE BELOW: See our 7-day forecast

High easterly winds did allow for a few showers to move inland Friday afternoon. Most were dry under partly sunny skies. High temperatures were in the mid to upper 70s inland and the low to mid 70s along the coast.

Winds will back off this weekend, and we're looking at warm temperatures and mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the 80s for the next several days.

Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. Winds will be breezy off of the Atlantic Ocean, so a stray coastal shower will be possible. Temperatures will fall into the low to mid 60s as we head toward daybreak.

Both Saturday and Sunday will be similar with mostly sunny skies and unseasonably warm temperatures. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

Not much change is expected early next workweek as temperatures stay in the 80s with dry weather. There is a system that will start to approach toward the end of the week. This system looks to bring a decent chance for rain.

Ocean conditions will begin to improve Saturday, but still be a bit rough. A Small Craft Advisory continues through the afternoon. If heading to the beach, keep in mind that the rip current risk will remain elevated through the weekend.
