Here's the Central Florida weather forecast for Tuesday night and the rest of the workweek:

  • Patchy areas of fog late Tuesday night
  • Overnight lows seasonable in the 50s
  • Highs on Wednesday in the low to mid 80s
  • SEE BELOW: See our 7-day forecast

We had plenty of sunshine once again for our Tuesday afternoon. The sun, along with winds out of the west, helped to boost highs back to around 80 degrees.

We'll stay warm and dry for one more day before a front moves in on Thursday. This front will bring a chance for showers and drop highs back slightly for the end of our workweek.

Clear skies will stick around through the overnight hours. Temperatures will not be as chilly, but still cool, as we head toward daybreak on Wednesday. Lows will fall into the mid to upper 50s. As you head out the door early, watch for some areas of patchy fog.

Wednesday will continue to be mostly sunny and warm as highs climb into the mid to low 80s. As a front moves closer Wednesday night, things will begin to change. Clouds will increase Wednesday night with a few showers possible.

The rain with this front will mainly be throughout the day on Thursday. A rumble of thunder can't be completely ruled out. Highs will fall back into the upper 70s to end the workweek before warming back into the 80s this weekend.

There will be a long period swell again Wednesday, which will make for good surf conditions. It will also keep the rip current risk elevated. Always swim near a lifeguard.
