  • Burglaries similar to others in the Central Florida area

At least 30 vehicles were broken into near the apartment complex and three on-campus Greek houses, police said.

Windows were shattered and items were taken from the vehicles.

A bystander observed one of the burglaries in progress at 2:50 a.m. and called police, according to the release.
