Palm Bay Police are investigating the death of a man who was found dead Saturday morning in a vehicle.

Police responded to Bloke Avenue about 6:30 a.m.
They found Steven Eugene Monnin, 34, dead inside the vehicle.
“There were police cars blocking the street and we saw a body under the sheet,” said Paul Izzarone, who lives in the neighborhood. “We lived here 20 plus years, never saw anything like that.”
Monnin’s death is being investigated as a homicide, police said in a release.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
