Micqueala Williams, 21, was arrested in Orange County. Police say she reached out to an old friend who turned her in when he discovered she was wanted.

Williams is accused of shooting two-year-old Sy'mia Price in a drive by shooting along Rosewood Lane near State Road 19 Tuesday night.

Price was hit in the abdomen and taken to Florida Hospital. She was released from the hospital Wednesday.

On Friday Alicia Winters turned herself into police. Winters is accused of driving the car used in the shooting. Police believe third person was also in the car at the time.

The child's mother said she knows some of the people in the car and claims the dispute is over a dog.
