Brevard County Ocean Rescue is looking to fill 30 seasonal lifeguard positions.
An open tryout will be held Saturday, March 4 at 7 a.m. at the Rockledge High School swimming pool located at 220 Raider Road.
Testing will begin promptly at 7 a.m.
Candidates will be required to swim 500 meters in less than 10 minutes, complete a 1-mile run in less than 10 minutes and complete a physical agility test.
If selected, lifeguards will work from March to October. Starting pay is $9.89 per hour.
