A Chuluota man was killed in a fatal accident in Orange County on Monday night, stated the Florida Highway Patrol.

At around 7:50 p.m., Ramon Cedeno Medina was driving his four-door 2005 Kia on Chuluota Road just north of Countrybrook Lane when the 59-year-old driver left the roadway and onto the shoulder and overturned his vehicle, stated FHP.
Medina was thrown from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to FHP.
Medina was not wearing a seat belt and FHP is trying to determine if alcohol played a part in the accident.
The crash is currently being investigated.
