An Uber driver in Orlando reportedly got into a scuffle with her passenger after he threw up in her car.
According to the Orlando Police Department, the driver, a 23-year-old woman, pulled over when her passenger, a 22-year-old man, began getting sick in her car.
Police say when she locked the doors and refused to let him back into the vehicle to get his cellphone, he turned violent.
The suspect, who has yet to be named, was charged with battery.
