The clouds will be building along with showers and a few storms by this afternoon.

  • Showers and storms arrive this afternoon
  • Lake wind advisories

A few showers will linger and dissipate after midnight.  Under a mostly cloudy sky tonight, temperatures will only be dropping back into the low 60s with patchy fog possible.

Sunday we be starting out with a lot of clouds, but clearing will set in by late morning, so anticipate sunshine to return in the afternoon.

A mid-level disturbance will continue to push east northeast so the chance for rain will be decreasing tonight as it pulls away.  Clouds will be lingering through the night into Sunday morning, then slowly break up late morning into the afternoon.

Fog will be forming in spots so if you are getting out early Sunday morning around sunrise, there could be places with reduced visibility for a bit.

Temperatures will warm above normal in the afternoon as sun returns, topping out near 80.  Highs will remain in the 80s early next week with more rain possible by Wednesday and Thursday.

Surf conditions will be poor for Sunday with wave heights running 1 to 2 feet.  There will be a minor windswell as wind shifts out of the north northeast.  Water temperatures are running in the mid to upper 60s.
